A wildly entertaining cult classic that blends dark comedy, heartfelt drama, and an unforgettable rock inspired score. Inspired by the infamous tabloid story, the musical follows Bat Boy, a half boy, half bat creature discovered in a cave and taken in by a small town family. As he struggles to find acceptance and his place in the world, long buried secrets come to light, forcing the town to confront its fears, prejudices, and humanity. Filled with humor, romance, and unexpected twists, Bat Boy: The Musical is a thrilling and thought provoking theatrical experience.
Generally recommended for ages 13 and up, though some theaters recommend it for high school age (14+)
