THE CAST

Grace (5).JPEG

Grace Satterthwaite  (Rabbit)

is excited to return to the SMCT stage. This is her second show with SMCT she previously appeared in Buddies (Kelsy). Outside of acting she spends a lot of time in the 1.9 million acre woods.

Cyrus (1).JPEG

Cyrus Terry-Ah Yet (Tigger)

is bouncing on stage as Tigger. He's been a character actor for over five years working with fairs, conventions, seasonal attractions, free lance and scare houses from here to Santa Barbara. He cosplays on the side and enjoys a full day movie binge as much as he does a good nature hike."

Cast members

Robin LeDoux  (Eeyore)

Unlike Eeyore, Robin is excited to be on the stage again! They starred in the SMCT's 2024 production of Charlotte's Web as Goose and Uncle, and are happy to be back performing for the little ones. They've also been in other productions at SMCT such as The Evil Dead, Stop Kiss, and others. They truly hope you enjoy the show, even though Eeyore really just wants to go find his next snack.

Joseph (1).JPEG

Joseph Aranda  (Christopher Robin)

is a first time actor here at The Santa Maria Civic Theater! In his normal routine you can find him at the 3 Cs: A Concert, A Club (health or dance) and the classroom! (Hello his El Camino Titans!) He hopes you enjoy the show and he hopes you find some nostalgia with his friends in the Hundred Acre Woods.

Madi (1).JPEG

Madison Neilson  (Kanga)

is jumping for joy (literally) to be back on SMCT's stage for The House at Pooh Corner! Previous credits at SMCT include The Humans (Aimee) and RENT (Mimi). You can see them in upcoming productions of Much Ado About Nothing (Exit Pursued by a Bear) and Urinetown (SMCT) later this spring. Thank you for supporting local arts and enjoy the show!

Val (3).JPEG

Valerie Pallai  (Owl)

has performed up and down the Central Coast. Her last few shows being “The Wizard of OZ” with Opera SLO, Mrs. Paroo in “Music Man” at the Clark Center, Mildred in “Cemetery Club” at OCT and Henrietta Iscariot and Mother Teresa in “The Last Days of Judas Iscariot” at SMCT. She is having a hoot with this cast and crew. I hope you have as much fun as she is having.

Rebecca (1).JPEG

Rebecca McKinley  (Piglet)

has been a part of local choirs, opera and theatre on the Central Coast for most of her life. These groups have included: SLO Master Chorale, OperaSLO, The Central Coast Theatre Company, Cuesta Voce and Central Coast Gilbert and Sullivan, to name a few. This is her second production with Santa Maria Civic Theatre after her debut in Godspell. She is incredibly honored and excited to be exploring The Hundred Acre Wood with these iconic characters with you.

Cast members

Rahma Gharib  (Pooh)

Winnie the Pooh Bear is played by Rahma the Gharib Bear, a new resident of Santa Maria. Rahma started acting at 12 and finds herself most at home on stage. Since moving to Santa Maria with her husband Isaiah, and her two cats Oliver and Mishmash, she has been on a search for community and friendship, and she has certainly found it at the Santa Maria Civic Theatre.

is making her stage debut here at Santa Maria Civic Theater! She is so excited to be a part of this wonderful production and has been looking forward to performing for a real audience since day one! Her favorite part of the experience has been working under Jaime’s guidance and getting to know her fabulous cast mates!!!
